FAQs

Q: How long will it take to dispatch my order?
A:  Usually if an order is placed before 12 noon on a working day, it will be dispatched same day. All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt with the exception of weekends and bank holidays.  We will advise you if for any reason it may take longer.  Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a notification email.

Q: Help! I’ve forgotten my password! What do I do?
A: No problem, just click on ‘Sign In’ at the top of any page and click on the ‘Change Password’ button, then follow the instructions to reset your password.
 
Q: How much is postage?

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Q: I want to send my purchase as a gift. Can my order be sent direct to a different address?
A: Yes it can. We understand that our customers may be at work during the day and prefer to have their order delivered to an office address, or sent to someone as a gift. You will be given the option to add a different delivery address when you reach the checkout.

Q: Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
A: All our jewellery comes with a free card gift box.  This can be wrapped in coloured tissue paper and tied with a ribbon, plus a gift tag with your personal message on it (for no extra charge). If you wish for this option, please include a note with your order and the message you would like on the tag - or send us a separate email if you wish.

Q: The earrings are not the size I imagined - can I send them back and get a refund?
A: It depends on whether they are for pierced ears or not.  If they are for pierced ears they cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. This is why we would strongly recommend everyone to read the descriptions carefully and check measurements against a ruler before ordering. We would also advise you to read our Returns Policy.

Q: There is a fault with the item I purchased.  How do I return it?
A: Please email us as soon as possible and we will take it from there.  Please read our Returns Policy for further guidance.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
A:  Returns are processed as a priority.  You will probably receive a refund the same day as we receive the goods back in good order but no later than a day or two.  If there are any issues we will email you, but usually a refund happens within hours. If you paid by credit card it may take up to 30 days for it to appear on your statement.  You will receive communication that you have been refunded.
